The new features allow real estate professionals to seamlessly collaborate with clients and other parties involved in the transaction process while working in zipForm® Plus.

With zipCommunity™ Chat, real estate agents working in zipForm® Plus are now able to connect instantly with clients and colleagues via live video, audio or text chat, streamlining the communication process between all parties involved in a transaction. zipForm® Plus users will have the ability to review contracts and related documents with other transaction participants online through screen sharing. For example, when writing a counteroffer, a real estate professional can communicate in real time online with the home seller.
