zipLogix Introduces zipForm Mobile Web App for Apple, Android and BlackBerry Devices
Real Estate Forms Application is Changing the Way Active Real Estate Professionals Conduct Business
Fraser, MI – October 26, 2010 – zipLogix, creator of zipForm®, the real estate industry’s leading forms software, today announced the release of its zipForm® Mobile Web Edition product. The latest edition of zipForm® Mobile, available for Apple® iPad™, iPod touch® and iPhone®, Android™ and BlackBerry® mobile devices, is changing the landscape of today’s real estate transactions. zipLogix continually takes the complex contract process and looks for opportunities to make it as simple and convenient as possible for zipForm® 6 Professional users.

zipForm® Mobile is available to customers that subscribe to zipForm® 6 Professional software. Considered a companion application, zipForm® Mobile is another method for today’s tech-savvy real estate professionals to interface with zipForm’s online contract software product through a web browser - conducting business anywhere there is connectivity.
Key features include the ability to:
- Create a new transaction
- List the forms within the transaction (sort alphabetically)
- Add one or more forms to a transaction from one or more licensed libraries
- List and modify transactions (sort ascending/descending by modification date or by name)
- Fill in all fields on every form with ‘Edit’ feature and information will automatically cascade throughout the forms within the transaction
- View forms in PDF and PNG format on your device and navigate by scrolling or zooming
- Email one or more forms as a PDF to one or more email recipient, complete with comments
This app was designed by zipLogix’s developers as a result of interviews with the growing number of brokers and agents conducting business on mobile devices. The launch of zipForm® Mobile offers zipForm® users another way to stay connected to their clients and the real estate contract process.
zipLogix will be demonstrating zipForm® Mobile Web Edition at the REALTORS® Conference & Expo (NARdiGras 2010), November 5 – 8th in New Orleans, LA at Booth #1021. In addition to a demo, attendees will have the opportunity to enter a drawing to win an Apple® - iPad™ with Wi-Fi - 32GB.
Minimum system requirements to use zipForm® Mobile are: zipForm® 6 Professional (online) account, Android™ 1.6 and above, BlackBerry® 4.6 and above, Apple® iOS 3 and above for all Apple® Mobile Platforms.
