ZIPLOGIX ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH TOP EAST COAST ASSOCIATIONS
zipLogix to serve more than 12,900 REALTORS® in Connecticut, Maryland and Virginia
Fraser, MI – March 15, 2015 – zipLogix, a technology company helping real estate professionals improve productivity and efficiency, announced contract expansions and extensions with three leading east coast associations: Greater Capital Area, Greater Hartford and Roanoke Valley. REALTOR® members of each association will have access to zipForm® Plus, in addition to other products. zipLogix Board President Mark Peterson made the announcement.

Combined, the three associations serve more than 12,900 members, and represent critical real estate areas in the Washington D.C. and Connecticut housing markets:
- Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®: One of the largest associations in the country, GCAAR extended is current contract and added zipVault® for its members, who created more than 76,300 transactions with zipForm® Plus in 2014.
- Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS®: A zipLogix customer for more than 15 years, GHAR added zipForm® Mobile, zipLogix Digital Ink® and extended their contract. Members created more than 46,900 transactions with zipForm® Plus in 2014.
- Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS®: RVAR has added zipForm® Mobile and extended their contract. Members created more than 20,800 transactions with zipForm® Plus in 2014.
