Integration with zipForm® enables homebuyers to provide quick and secure confirmation of available funds to purchase a home

Fraser, MI – August 2, 2016 – zipLogix™ today announced a new partnership with Certified Proof of Funds to automate and enhance the security of providing proof of sufficient funds needed to complete a real estate transaction.

In the traditional real estate transaction, homebuyers print their bank statements and often attempt to conceal their account number and other personal information before providing the statement to their real estate agents and other professionals in the transaction. Alternatively, a homebuyer calls or goes into their bank to request a letter from the bank to evidence proof of funds-a tedious and time consuming process. This letter also can necessitate a follow up call by the listing agent to the financial institution.

The proof of funds process is simplified to three steps within zipForm® Plus. First, the homebuyer adds their existing online banking accounts using their existing username and password. A certificate of proof of funds is generated and may be sent to any party the homebuyer designates via email or SMS.
