zipLogix and AIR Commercial Real Estate Association Announce Agreement
National Commercial Contract Forms Now Available
with zipForm® Electronic Real Estate Software
Fraser, Mich – August 29, 2011 –
zipLogix, creator of zipForm®, the leading provider of electronic forms software for the real estate industry, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with AIR Commercial Real Estate Association. This first of its kind national multi-year contract will enable zipLogix to offer and provide zipForm® 6 contract program with AIR's commercial real estate contract forms.
As the standard of the commercial real estate industry since 1960, AIR's commercial contracts encompass documents which are continually refined and updated by a team of veteran brokers, real estate attorneys, property managers and other commercial real estate professionals. Together with zipForm®, users are now afforded the real estate industry's foremost electronic software along with the 58 custom commercial forms currently in the AIR library.

Current zipForm® 6 users are able to order this library by adding it to their existing zipForm® account. Commercial real estate professionals who are not zipForm® users, can order zipForm® 6 Professional (online) and/or zipForm® 6 Standard (desktop) software along with the AIR Commercial real estate forms library by going to www.zipLogix.com. AIR's standardized forms, long regarded as the benchmark for the commercial real estate industry, include Purchase and Sales Forms, Agency Agreements, Industrial / Commercial Lease Forms, Retail Forms, Lease Offers and Lease Proposals, Office Lease Forms, and Standard Lease Addenda.
