The downloads listed below are intended only for users who want to update a library which is already installed on their computer. This section will not install a library you do not already have. These downloads also will not renew your forms library - if your forms library is expired, running this update will simply provide you with an updated version of expired forms.
Users who want to purchase and install new libraries or renew their existing subscription should use our online renewal process or contact our sales team at 866-MY FORMS.
To download the update, click on the "Download Update" button located on the right hand side below under DOWNLOAD FILE.
To see a list of the current updates to the forms, click on "click here for revision list" on the left hand side below under Library/Note.
Note: When downloading these updates, it is VERY IMPORTANT to make sure you save the update to your "DESKTOP" screen. DO NOT save the update to your Zipform 5.0 icon on your desktop as this will overwrite your program and you will be forced to redownload the entire Zipform program.

From the list above, locate your association and click on it.
A "FILE DOWNLOAD" dialog box will appear. Click the SAVE option, then click OK.
The "SAVE AS" dialog box will appear. From the "SAVE IN" pull-down menu, select DESKTOP and then click SAVE and the download process will begin.
Once the download is complete, close your browser and close your ZipFormDesktop application (if it is currently open).
On your DESKTOP, you will find a new file named "libraryname.exe" (for example, "mtar.exe" if you had downloaded the Montana Association of REALTORS forms). Double-click on this icon and the update process will begin. The update program will search your local drives for ZipForm. The default is C:\Zipform.
Once the update program locates ZipFormDesktop simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation of your forms update. If at any time the update process produces an error, restart your computer and double click the update icon on your desktop to restart the update process.
NOTE: If you want to save the update file to a disk, have a blank formatted disk in your floppy disk drive. Using your mouse, right click on the update file and select "SEND TO A:" (where "A:" is the letter associated with your floppy disk drive). This will copy the update file to the disk.
