ZipFormDesktop doesn’t eliminate the need to do paperwork, it simply lets you complete paperwork faster and more efficiently. ZipFormDesktop cuts out typing errors and speeds up the process by sharing data between all documents related to the same transaction – simply fill out one form and the information is automatically shared with all of the forms required to complete a transaction.
- Are other agents and brokers in my area using ZipFormDesktop?
ZipForm is the official forms software of the National Association of REALTORS and forms for more than 200 associations and brokers are currently available. To find out if other members from your association are already using ZipFormDesktop, check out our available forms.
- Will my computer be able to run ZipFormDesktop?
Most newer computers are capable of running ZipFormDesktop. The minimum system requirements for ZipFormDesktop are: Pentium 233 or comparable processor, Windows 98, 2000, ME or XP, 64 MB RAM, 100 MB available hard disk space, mouse, CD-ROM drive, VGA Monitor, Windows-compatible printer, Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher and Internet access.
- I am not very technical; will ZipFormDesktop be hard to learn?
ZipFormDesktop is very easy to learn and, should you run into any difficulties, online help, free phone technical support and free online training through our partnership with learning.net are always available.
- I also use contact management software. Can I import contact information into ZipFormDesktop without having to re-type it all?
ZipFormDesktop is designed for compatibility with commonly-used contact management products like TOP PRODUCER 6i and Microsoft Outlook. ZipForm is also actively involved in the development of data standards that will eventually allow for easier integration between ZipForm and other industry-leading software solutions.
- If I purchase one license, on how many computers will I be able to install ZipFormDesktop?
A typical (non-networked) installation of ZipFormDesktop includes three installs. The first two installs are intended for one desktop or office computer and one laptop or home computer. The third installation is provided in case of a hardware failure. You may use these installs at your own discretion provided you understand and assume any risk associated with installations outside these perimeters.
