Forgot your Redemption code?
- Step 1. Sign into your ZipFormDesktop Program with your Username and Password.
- Step 2. It will ask you to "Create a New Transaction" or "Use an Existing Transaction". Click Cancel.
- Step 3. You will now be at a blank ZipFormDesktop Screen.
- Step 4. Go up to Help and choose About. That will display both your Serial Number and Redemption Code.
