What is realPING “Talk To Me NOW?

realPING is a push-to-talk Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) e-button that connects a Web site visitor or email recipient to you immediately via telephone.





Where can the buttons be used?

The button can be displayed on unlimited web pages, email signature files, virtual tours, listing alert emails - anywhere you have an Internet presence.





Is it only local usage?

No, anyone in the US and Canada can PING you.





I Already Promote My Cell Number. What’s so different?

That’s just it, everyone else does too. May agents put their office number and extension on their websites- delaying the process of getting info NOW. realPING is a personal marketing tool.
By using realping you are saying “Ping me, I am accessible, and I deliver value added services that my competition does not”.

Also your regular cell phone can not deliver all the sophisticated tracking and call data that realPING does. Finally with realPING you can remotely control the caller’s screen—from your phone-live, during the call. This ability is called Page Push.





What Is Page Push?

This feature allows you, the subscriber to send any web asset (web page, virtual tour or listing) right to the callers desktop during the call. The page will open up in a new window on their computer. All you need to do it press (for example…95#) on your phone and the new page is sent to the caller. We call it adding the WOW to NOW!





Are there extra costs?

There are no per call or per minute charges for the service for you or the caller.  If you have the call directed to your cell phone, your standard cell phone plan usage does apply.





What happens after the call is over?

When the conversation is completed, a custom message is displayed to the caller or their browser is redirected to a web page designated by you.  You will be sent an email call notice (and a text message to your cell phone if desired) providing the caller’s number, location, date/time and duration of the call.  Additionally, the call will be logged providing reports that include detailed demographic and map data of the caller’s location.





Can the service be used in a listing presentation?

Imagine sitting with potential clients showing them why you are different. You will have a tool that three others coming in an hour do not. Demo the ping system right there, in their living room and show them how your phone says “REALPING”. Tell them you rely on high tech tools to sell more homes, faster.





How do I know the call is from my button?

realPING calls use a custom caller id of 1-111-111-1111 letting you know immediately that there a prospect on your web site or reading your email that needs assistance now.  Depending on your cell phone, you can create a custom ring tone, address book entry, image to identify realPING calls.





Can I control when to accept calls?

Using the Control Panel tools, you can designate the days and hours you want to accept calls.  You can designate when the system will call your primary number, a secondary number or when you do not want to receive calls.





What do the buttons look like?

A catalog of standard buttons is available for you to choose from, but we also give you the tools to upload your own custom designed buttons. You can even use different buttons in different locations (company web sites, personal web sites, email signature files) so that the button fits best with the location.





Can I Track My Calls?

Yes! But so much more can be learned about the caller. After a call completes, we store the call data in your Control Panel. We relay if the call came from your website or your email. We send you by email and text message the details on every call. Next, for calls that originate on a landline, we provide demographics for the neighborhood your caller is in NOW. We also provide mapping. Demographics include income figures, taxes, home values, rental payments and more.





But what if I miss a call?

If for some reason you are unable to take a call or answer it, the call will go to the normal voice mail or whatever response you provide when busy. At the same time we will email you and text message to your cell phone with the call details so you can get back to the caller within seconds.





How Long Does It Take To Get Set Up?
