Tahoe Sierra Board of REALTORS® Selects RELAY® Transaction Management
Clinton Township, MI – December 17, 2007 — RE FormsNet, LLC (REFN), the creator of RELAY® the online transaction management tool for real estate professionals and the Tahoe Sierra Board of REALTORS® today announced that the Tahoe Sierra Board of REALTORS® has selected to provide RELAY® as a member benefit effective immediately.
“The opportunities that are provided within RELAY® are going to benefit our agents in every aspect of their transactions,” stated Sue Ruane, Executive Vice President of the Tahoe Sierra Board of REALTORS®. “Along with one-click integration with WINForms Online® and constant communication between all parties involved in the transaction, RELAY® will further the Tahoe Sierra Board of REALTORS® stance on communication and accountability.”
With RELAY®, members of the Tahoe Sierra Board of REALTORS® will have the ability to both store their transactions electronically and access their information from any internet connection worldwide. Checklists that display the action plan for a specific transaction will be available online through RELAY®. These checklist activities will also be emailed to the REALTORS® within a desired timeframe notifying them of activities that are due. Double entry will be reduced by utilizing products that are already part of their daily activities including WINForms Online®, Microsoft Outlook® and Top Producer®7i.
