Maine Association of REALTORS® Renews ZipForm agreement and Broadens Partnership by adding ZipForm®Online for use by Members
Clinton Township, MI – October 17, 2006 – ZipForm®, the leading brand of forms software in the real estate industry, announced today that the Maine Association of REALTORS® (MAR) is renewing its ZipForm® license agreement. The new, extended contract will allow the association to provide its members uninterrupted access to electronic forms. MAR also chose to license the ZipForm®Online solution to give members the benefits of electronic transaction tools.
In addition to providing agency-specific and state-compliant forms, ZipForm® simplifies real estate contracts and decreases paperwork through the ZipForm® flagship product, which is available in two versions, ZipForm®Desktop and ZipForm®Online. ZipForm®Desktop resides on a laptop or desktop computer with all of its locally created transactions. ZipForm®Online, as integrated by MAR, gives real estate professionals the flexibility to securely access real estate forms and edit transactions from multiple locations via the Internet.
